SELECT SIDE OR CENTER MOUNT.

The side mounted kréddle provides slightly more adjustability because it can move along the bottom edge of the instrument; this may be most useful for players with longer than average bow arms. With the center mounted kréddle the clamping pressure is more evenly distributed over the tail block found inside the instrument—thus offering some structural advantages.
